L-Stands

Typically used in the preparation of doses an L stand provides shielding to the operator's torso, head and eyes from radiation being manipulated. A range of L-stands are available from light version SPECT models which are designed using low mass Aluminium and relatively thin (but effective) thicknesses of lead to high mass, heavy duty L stands featuring large-thick sections of lead glass and lead shielding housed within a stainless steel structure.
