The Raditech Multi-Format Shielded Storage Unit

Engineered for the modern radiopharmacy, this hybrid unit offers the ultimate in organizational flexibility. By combining a large-format single-door cabinet with four integrated drawer units, it provides a “all-in-one” workstation for the storage of both bulk waste and individual dose containers. With a footprint of 897mm x 613mm x 950mm, it is designed to sit seamlessly within a standard laboratory or dispensing suite.

Hybrid Storage for Complex Workflows This unit is specifically designed to handle a variety of inventory types simultaneously. The single-door section is ideal for larger shielded pots or waste bins, while the four precision drawers allow for the secure, organized segregation of smaller items, such as syringes or vials.

Precision Shielding & Engineering

• Attenuated Protection: The entire unit can be shielded with up to 12mm of lead (Pb), making it perfectly suited for SPECT and general nuclear medicine applications.

• Heavy-Duty Hardware: To manage the weight of the shielding, we utilize our signature steel hinges with brass bearings for the door and high-load capacity slides for the drawers, ensuring smooth, effortless operation under full load.

• Security & Finishing: Every section is individually lockable to maintain a strict chain of custody, and the exterior is finished in a high-durability powder coating for superior infection control and longevity.

Bespoke Fabrication: Like all Raditech products, this hybrid unit is fully customizable through our in-house CNC and CAD/CAM facility. We can adjust dimensions, drawer configurations, or shielding levels to fit your exact facility requirements.
