A variable thickness of lead can be installed in both the base and lid allowing for a balance between shielding and weight. The lid can be attached by a bayonet style ‘topple proof’ method. Suited to a 30ml vial however as the dimensions for this capacity of vial varies between different manufactures the above dimensions should be checked.
